A 25-year-old Philadelphia man faces multiple drug charges following his arrest in downtown Burlington yesterday afternoon. Police arrested Siddiq Nixon on Center Street after months of investigation.

Authorities say they found evidence of drug dealing during a search of Nixon’s Winooski home. He now faces charges related to selling and trafficking methamphetamine, cocaine, and fentanyl. Nixon, who has a previous firearms conviction in Pennsylvania, is being held on $250,000 bail.

The operation involved collaboration between Burlington and Winooski police departments, federal firearms agents, and local housing officials. Police are asking anyone with information to call (802) 658-2704.
