If a funeral home can’t have a sense of humor, then Houston we have a problem.
Case in point: Ready Funeral Home’s next-door neighbor on Shelburne Road in Burlington.
True to its annual Halloween “spirit,” the neighbor has erected four towering skeletons on its front lawn – right next to Ready’s chapel.
In fact, the two properties even share a driveway, so there’s no avoiding these skeletal remains.
In case anyone were trying to pretend the eight-foot-tall skeletons weren’t there, they are dressed up in bright red capes.
So there’s no hiding these skeletons in the closet – or anywhere for that matter.
