Jose Ignacio De La Cruz De La Rosa, widely known as “Nacho,” was charged with bringing aliens to the United States and participating in a multi-year conspiracy to produce identity documents, according to a U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Vermont press release issued earlier today.
